About

Executive leadership, built through the work itself.

Redd Advisory Partners was founded on the belief that the best strategy advice comes from people who have actually run the program — not just studied it.

Mo Al-Ahmar

Mo is an AI engineering and transformation leader who founded Redd Advisory Partners to bring executive-level program leadership to utilities, energy technology companies, and enterprise organizations navigating AI adoption and large-scale change.

Most recently, Mo served as Principal Manager, Performance Management & Continuous Improvement at Southern California Edison, where he led AMI 2.0, a $3 billion smart-metering program, and the utility's customer analytics and data science function. That work sits at the intersection this firm is built for: enterprise-scale technology programs that have to deliver measurable results under regulatory and executive scrutiny.

Earlier in his career, Mo led analytics and customer engagement initiatives at Delta Air Lines and trade promotion analytics at Coca-Cola Refreshments, and spent several years teaching mathematics — a foundation that still shows up in how he structures problems and communicates them to executive audiences.

Let's talk about your transformation.

Bring the program, the vision, or just the problem — we'll help you build the path forward.
